RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

ELIGIBILITY
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags and packaging must be intact
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

EXCHANGE POLICY
• Free exchange available for size issues
• Only one exchange per order
• Exchange is subject to stock availability

RETURN POLICY
• Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products
• A product opening video is mandatory for damaged/incorrect items

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Items bought during sale or clearance
• Innerwear or accessories (if applicable)

PROCESS
1. Email us with Order ID & issue [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]
2. Our team will approve the request
3. Pickup will be scheduled or self-ship instructions shared

REFUNDS
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are issued to original payment method
